The infrastructure is now set up to work with live-build of november 19th 2012,
aka commit 3138b1a4faba120efd082e351d8cef04fcaf6392. The closest Debian release
is 3.0~a67-1.

Improve build_all.sh so that it actually works
...
Do not put use generic environment variables that are in conflict
with live-build internal variables. Auto-publish the resulting images.
